Harvesting By The Month

May - seedless sorrel, rhubarb, asparagus, wild onions

Late July and into August - black raspberries, herbal teas  

Late August - elderberries, peaches, pears, plums, red raspberries

                   

Autumn - squash, pumpkin, and garlic available
