Plant Description - Mid-summer to autumn flowers that grow in moist to dry, drought-tolerant soil and full to part sun. Grows up to 2-4'. This plant is edible, medicinal. Attracts butterflies, beneficial insects, birds, and mammals. Can be grown in containers, are great as dried flowers. Deer resistant.
Introduced into Ontario from central/south-eastern United States (Ohio, Michigan).
