Plant Description - Summer to autumn flowers that grow in dry, drought tolerant soil and full to part sun. Grows up to 2-5'. Attracts butterflies and beneficial insects. This is a keystone species, meaning it is critical for a number of native insects to complete their life cycle.
Introduced to the Saugeen Bruce Peninsula, but native to other regions of Ontario according to the Vascular Plant List Bruce & Grey: Compendium, 2023.
