  • Plant Description - Summer flowers that grow in moist to dry, drought-tolerant soil and full to part sun. Grows up to 3-4'. This plant is edible, medicinal, aromatic. Attracts butterflies, beneficial insects, birds, and hummingbirds. Food for the Gray hairstreak butterfly larvae. Nectar for Tiger swallow tail, Great spangled fritillary, wood nymph, monarch. Deer resistant.
  • Native to the Saugeen Bruce Peninsula, as well as other regions in Ontario.
