Plant Description - Early summer flowers on plants that grow in moist soil and full shade. Grows up to 0.5'. This plant's rhizomes are edible and it has medicinal qualities. Is a great groundcover under full-sized fruit trees, and in a forest garden.
Native to the Saugeen Bruce Peninsula, as well as other regions in Ontario.
