Plant Description - Late summer flowers that grow in moist to dry soil and full to part sun. Grows up to 2-6'. This plant is edible, medicinal. Attracts butterflies, beneficial insects, birds and mammals. This is a keystone species, meaning it is critical for a number of native insects to complete their life cycle.
Not native to the Saugeen Bruce Peninsula, Grey County nor Bruce County, but to other regions of Ontario.
