- Scientific Name - Rubus occidentalis
- Plant Description - Spring flowers that grow in moist to dry, drought tolerant soil and full to part sun. Grows up to 5'. This plant is edible, medicinal. Attracts butterflies, beneficial insects, birds and mammals. Juglone tolerant.
- Native to the Saugeen Bruce Peninsula, as well as other regions in Ontario.
