You will learn:
- seed collection ethics,
- different seed stratification methods for different species,
- when to use different mediums,
- and the processes associated with successful native seed germination.

Paying a price below this is available for those where paying the full price would result in hardship (i.e., inability to pay bills or buy groceries). This differs from making a financial sacrifice (i.e., attending this workshop rather than buying a new sweater, or going out for dinner). Paying a price above this value, is a pay-it-forward opportunity to support your fellow community members and the work that I do. We appreciate your honest consideration of where you are on the scale.
As a small business, sending an e-transfer over purchasing through the website is appreciated as it reduces my fees. The option is available to purchase through the website as well. When payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email from me, including directions.

Location: Rooted By the Bluffs Nursery, Lake Charles
We will be spending the full time outside rain or shine. Please check the weather before you come, and dress accordingly. If the weather is really rainy (> 5mm), we will be under some shelter. If there is severe weather it will be rescheduled and you will be notified at least 24 hrs in advance.
Please note payments are non-refundable but registration is transferable to another individual. In the event of cancellation due to low registration or other unexpected circumstances, refunds will be issued within 30 days.
